 5 dl water
 5 dl milk
 ½ tsp salt
Directions

Cook the crushed buckwheat groats in water until all the liquid have been absorbed.
Add the milk and cook on low heat for approx. 15 minutes.
Add salt.
Serve the porridge with milk.
