Gluten-free braided Christmas bun

Ingredients
Bun
 2 dl Almond milk
 1 dl water
 25 g yeast
 1 dl sucanat sugar
 ½ tbsp cardamom
 1 tsp salt
 1 pinch real vanilla powder (dark)
 100 g dairy-free margarine
Filling
 300 g plum marmelade
 Ceylon cinnamon
Finishing
 1 tbsp melted dairy-free margarine
 1 tbsp mable syrup
 crushed almonds
Directions

Heat up almond milk and water mix to body temperature. Mix in the yeast.

Add sugar, spices, and psyllium. Add the flours and mix even. Soften the margarine and add to the dough. When the ingredients are well-mixed, place the dough on a table and roll into a sheet with the help of flours. Cover with a thin layer of marmalade and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Roll the dough and cut in two along the long side. "Braid" the dough the cut-side up and pinch the ends together. Let it rise for about 30 minutes.

Mix melted margarine and maple syrup together and spread on top. Sprinkle crushed almonds. Bake in 225-degrees for 25 minutes.
