Gluten-free blueberry white chocolate donuts

These delicious blueberry donuts take under 30 minutes to make! No need for a deep fryer.

Gluten-free bluberry white chocolate donuts

Ingredients
 1 ½ dl sugar
 1 ½ tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp vanilla sugar
 1 tsp cardemom
 1 ½ dl milk or double cream
 40 g butter
 2 eggs
Decoration (check for gluten-free)
 150 g white chocolate
 sprinkles
Directions

For 12 donuts

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Mix the dry ingredients.
Melt the butter.
Mix the milk/cream, melted butter, and eggs with the dry ingredients.

Grease a donut baking tray and fill the holes with batter.
Bake at 200°C for about 12-15 minutes.

Melt the white chocolate over hot water. Do not mix! Dip the donuts the even-way down into the chocolate. Shake the donut lightly to make the chocolate even. Do this with the frosting facing up! Sprinkle topping while the chocolate is still melted.
