Gluten-free blueberry pie

Virtasalmen Viljatuote’s oat flakes brings a soft crunchiness to the pie crust. You can use our gluten sunflower seeds flour mix or all-purpose flour mix for this recipe.

Gluten-free blueberry pie

Ingredients
Pie crust
 150 g butter
 ¾ dl sugar
 1 egg
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Filling
 45 dl blueberries
 200 g sour cream
 1 egg
 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Directions
Crust

Whisk butter and sugar.
Add the egg while whisking.
Mix the dry ingredients together and add them to the dough.
Mix all to get a smooth mixture
Use your hands to spread the crust on a buttered pie dish. Don’t forget the sides.

Filling

Pour the blueberries on the crust.
Mix the filling ingredients together and pour the mixture on the blueberries.
Bake at 200°C in the oven for about 30 minutes
Let the pie to cool down before serving.
