Gluten-free blueberry muffins

Gluten-free blueberry muffins are easy and delicious. For this recipe, we use Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free oat flour mix. The small oat flakes bring a nice and soft texture to these summer muffins. You can also use other berries for the muffins such as strawberries and raspberries.

Ingredients
 1 egg
 1 dl sugar
 100 g butter
 2 ½ dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote’s gluten-free oat flour mix
 1 tsp vanilla sugar
 1 ½ tsp baking powder
 ½ dl milk
 2 dl blueberries
Directions

Mix the egg, sugar and melted butter together.
Mix the flour mix, vanilla sugar, baking powder together.
Add the dry ingredients and the milk into the batter and mix until smooth.
Finally add the blueberries and mix carefully.
Pour the batter into the muffin cups. (Keep some space as the muffins rise!)
Bake at 200°C for about 10-15 minutes
