Gluten-free biscuits

Ingredients
 100 g butter
 1 dl sugar
 2 tsp vanilla sugar
 1 dl light sugar syrup
 1 egg
 1 tsp baking soda
Directions

Whisk butter, sugars and syrup together.
Add the egg while whisking.
Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the dough.
Mix well.
Let the dough to cool in the fridge for 1 hour
Roll the dough in a thin layer and use cookie cutter to make biscuits. Place the biscuits on baking paper and bake at 200°C for 9-10 Minutes
