 10 ½ dl warm water
 25 g yeast
 1 tsp salt
 1 tbsp honey
 21 dl olive oil
Boiling
 1 l water

Directions

Dissolve yeast into warm water. Add psyllium powder and honey. Let rise for 10 minutes. Add rest of the ingredients and knead the dough even. Let rise for another 10 minutes. Make even sized balls out of the dough and make a hole in the middle with fingers. Set to rise on a lined baking sheet for 15 minutes.

Fill a large pot with water. Add salt and bring to boil. Drop the temperature to medium and add bagels in one or two at a time. Boil 20 seconds on one side and move to a baking tray. Spread egg on top of the bagels and sprinkle flax seeds on top. Bake in 225 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Let bagels cool before cutting (approx. 20 min). Fill with for example cream cheese, ham, salad, and mozzarella.
