The flakes are made from naturally gluten-free teff grain and corn. Teff's tiny seeds are rich in lysine, a muscle-building substance. teff is also high in fibre and contains vegetable protein, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and vitamin B6.
Gluten-free teff & corn flakes are suitable to eat on their own or with yoghurt or milk. The cereals are also suitable as an accompaniment to berries and fruit.
Ingredients: Teff 46%, corn grits 46%, organic brown sugar, salt, organic sunflower lecithin.
