The gluten-free teff porridge can be cooked traditionally in a saucepan but also in the oven or prepared as instant porridge. To obtain the best texture, cook the porridge over low heat. The longer the porridge is cooked, the softer it is. Enjoy the porridge with berries or fruits. You can also add teff porridge flakes in yogurt, quark or smoothie.
