These gluten-free chocolate bars are easy and quick to make!! And most of all they are very healthy!!
Recipe for 6 bars
2 dl raisins
1 dl peeled almonds
1 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote’s gluten-free small oat flakes
1/2 dl raw cocoa powder
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp cold-pressed coconut oil
Blend the ingredients in a blender.
Line a rectangle tin (approx. 17 x 15 cm) with baking paper.
Press the dough into the tin (about 1 cm thick).
Put the tin in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Lift the dough from the tin and cut 6 bars.
Wrap the bars in paper or foil and grab them as a healthy snack!
Store in a refrigerator.
