For these dark bread rolls, we are not using yeast but baking powder.
5 dl water
1,5 teaspoon salt
4 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote’s gluten-free dark flour mix
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 dl grated cheese
2-3 tablespoons oil
Pre-heat oven to 225°C.
Mix all the dry ingredients and add lukewarm water slowly. Mix well.
Dampen your hands with oil and form round breads (12-14 rolls).
Place them on baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 225°C for 20-30 minutes
