MyPack Collect – We deliver your parcel to the closest Postnord office or package machine.
Home delivery – We deliver your parcel to your designed address. Postnord will contact you to agree on the best delivery time.
The delivery time is 2 – 6 working days. You will receive the delivery tracking number via email and the arrival of the package will be notified by SMS or letter. If your order is above 35 kg, it will be packed in several cartons.

To the closest post office – We deliver your parcel to the closest post office.
To Smartpost lockers – Your phone number is compulsory when you are using Posti’s Smartpost lockers. You will receive the delivery notification and the locker’s code by SMS. You cannot pick up your parcel without the code.
Home delivery – We deliver your parcel to your designed address. Posti will contact you to agree on the best delivery time.
