Delivery to Europe

MyPack Collect – Your order will be delivered to your selected pick-up point across Europe.

The delivery time is 6 - 10 working days. You will receive the tracking number via email after your order has been processed. The arrival notification of the package will be sent by SMS, e-mail or via the Postnord application.

The package is stored in the Nordic countries for 14 days and in other European countries for 7 days.

The total weight of the products should be 17 kg max.

The webshop automatically calculates the delivery fee according to the destination country and total weight of the products.

MyPack Collect - service is available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain and Sweden.

MyPack Home – Delivery directly to you.

The delivery time is 6-10 working days. You will receive a notification by SMS or email the day before the first possible delivery date. At the same time, you will get a link to a page where you can choose between different shipping options.

The total weight of the products should be 29 kg max.

The webshop automatically calculates the delivery fee according to the destination country and total weight of the products.

MyPack Home - service is available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain and Sweden.
