Located in Finland, we are specialized in the manufacturing of gluten-free flours and gluten-free flour mixes. All our production facilities are used exclusively for gluten-free mill products and we carry lab tests on regular basis in order to avoid any cross-contamination with gluten.
In our mill, we grind buckwheat and rice. Additionally, we also have in our product range: gluten-free oat products, GMO-free corn products, millet products, flax products, wholegrain teff flour and psyllium powder.
We have developed our own range of 10 different gluten-free flour mixes in order to bake without any difficulty while enjoying the same results in terms of taste and texture as with traditional wheat flour.
All our products are preservative-free and additive-free. We do not use wheat starch and our corn products are GMO-free.
For most of our products, we have obtained the “crossed grain” logo (official gluten-free logo).
